Bentley announces detailed specification of New Mulsanne

While paying homage to past Bentley greats, the brief for the new Mulsanne’s design and engineering teams was to create a Bentley that represents the pinnacle of British luxury motoring.

The new Mulsanne, designed and engineered at Crewe from the ground-up, reaffirms the marque’s intent to create a new flagship Bentley with refined performance, unparalleled levels of interior luxury and coach building skills to the fore.
The return of the Mulsanne name underlines Bentley’s sporting heritage and passion for power and speed. Nothing reflects that prowess better than the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours race. Bentley has enjoyed success on six occasions at Le Mans, where its powerful and reliable race cars have thundered down the long straight into the famous Mulsanne corner, from which the new model takes its name.

A pure expression of Bentley design

The design of the new Mulsanne is a unique fusion of sportiness, coachbuilt elegance and solidity. Echoing the Bentley S -Type of the 1950s, the Mulsanne features a bold frontal design dominated by the traditional Bentley matrix grille and highly prominent, classic round inner headlamps with chrome surrounds, flanked by two, smaller outboard lamp clusters, all featuring the latest in lighting technology. The iconic ‘Flying B’ retractable radiator mascot is available as an option.
The long bonnet, short front overhang and long rear overhang help to convey a sense of power and movement, reinforced by muscular haunches and sharply sculptured lines which flow gracefully from the front wings to the rear. Uniquely designed 20-inch (and optional 21-inch) wheels reinforce the Mulsanne’s powerful, sporting stance.
Design Director Dirk van Braeckel explains the inspiration behind the Mulsanne’s distinctive appearance:“The opportunity to design a new flagship Bentley is something afforded to very few designers. The team set out to create a sculpted form that blended classic Bentley heritage cues with modern lines.”
Bentley customers have a world of infinite choice when commissioning their cars. There are over 100 paint colours in the range that include everything from unusual heritage colours, special satin and pearlescent finishes and duo-tone combinations. But the choice does not end there. Through the bespoke world of Bentley Mulliner, unique colours can exactly match a customer’s vision and taste.

Sumptuous interior meets advanced technology

The Bentley interior design team has continued to develop and evolve the luxurious interiors for which their cars are renowned, based on a large-scale, research programme to identify the classic signature features that have defined Bentleys from the 1920s to the present day.

The latest in-car technologies are discreetly placed within the Mulsanne’s sumptuous interior. A multimedia system with 60GB hard disc drives satellite navigation, audio/video, personal data, telephone and Bluetooth® connectivity. The upper dashboard houses an 8-inch multimedia screen, positioned unobtrusively behind an electrically operated veneered door, while below sits a stylish, leather-lined media player stowage drawer with connectors for iPod, USB, Mini USB and 3.5mm aux.A state-of-the-art 14-speaker audio system with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and 6-CD autochanger is provided as standard while the Naim for Bentley premium audio system may be specified as an option.
A personalised keyless entry system allows multiple pre-programmed configurations and automatically sets radio stations, phone book, seat (including ventilation and massage modes, both front and rear), steering column and seatbelt settings and even the electrically operated rear-seat blinds for side and rear windows. The keyless system operates with the chrome door handles which incorporate touch points to initiate communication with the key for verification and entry. The Mulsanne also features keyless start, having a stop/start button on the centre console.
Armed with this invaluable resource, the Mulsanne’s design team set itself highly challenging targets for key interior characteristics such as material design, smell, colour harmony and handcrafting. Similar targets were set for the operational refinement and robustness of all control mechanisms. The result is a hand-crafted interior that fully reflects traditional Bentley values, executed to the highest possible standards. The use of wood and leather hides has increased significantly to create an even more refined and luxurious cabin. While classic design features such as bulls-eye air vents (now also fitted in the rear compartment), high-quality mirror-matched wood veneers, leather hides and hand-finished stainless steel are retained, they are mixed with new touches such as beautiful ‘glass’ switches.

The carpet of the Mulsanne is unique to Bentley, its increased fibre depth, density and feel enhancing cabin quality. It is available in a range of colours to complement each individual hide. Pure wool, deep pile Wilton-weave over mats can add a further touch of comfort and luxury.

Re-engineered V8 engine and new chassis: power, refinement and efficiency

The Bentley powertrain engineers were set three objectives for the Mulsanne:
1) To produce the effortless torque from extremely low revs that customers expect of a grand Bentley
2) To maintain the highest levels of refinement
3) To satisfy strict current and future environmental standards through improved engine efficiency
Overall, CO2 emissions and fuel consumption are reduced by more than 15 percent, in line with Bentley’s environmental commitment.

A new air suspension system with Continuous Damping Control (CDC) creates an even more refined and comfortable ride at lower speeds, yet can reduce the Mulsanne’s ride height automatically at high speeds to reduce lift and improve aerodynamic stability. With 20-inch alloy wheels and 265/45 ZR 20 tyres as standard, dynamic handling is assured. Customers may also opt for 21-inch wheels, available in two styles, fitted with 265/40 ZR 21 tyres.

While the all-new Bentley Mulsanne pays respect to the past, it is a thoroughly modern luxury car that offers the world’s most exclusive driving experience – a unique fusion of power, refinement and elegance.

Bentley Motors Chairman and Chief Executive Dr. Franz-Josef Paefgen says:
“No other car maker can offer such a blend of performance and refinement in a single vehicle. The new Mulsanne is a car that evokes the Bentley philosophy of building the best luxury grand tourers in the world.”

Citroen SURVOLT : Glamorous, Free-spirited and Highly-charged!

Survolt is the continuation of CITROËN’S exploration of distinctive and original electric vehicles, initiated with the Revolte concept car revealed at last year’s Frankfurt Motor Show. Survolt turns received notions on their heads through its radically new vision in a consummate blend of high-fashion glamour and extravagance with motor-racing punch.

The desire to overcome one’s limits, take things further, dare and create is written in CITROËN’S DNA. Breaking with convention, shaking up the rules, shifting borders and surprising continuously is the passionate quest and leitmotiv of a brand that over its 90-year history has never ceased to develop innovative objects ahead of their time. Survolt is one of these. It takes the genetic material of Revolte and adds an extroverted sports dimension to the mix.Like a luxury accessory that transcends an outfit, Survolt is CITROËN’S answer to an automotive universe that all too often seems morose. Survolt casts aside protocol and transgresses existing codes to initiate a new kind of stylish, sporty and elegant supermini. Bucking current trends and pointing to the future of sleek coupés, it unites elegance, glamour and sporting passion, sublimating this last quality with its electric drivetrain.

Innovative and sensual
With its compact dimensions – 3.85 m long, 1.87 m wide and 1.20 m high – Survolt reappropriates sports car styling cues to form an all-new and revolutionary concept.
At the front, the distinctive vehicle badge reigns elegantly above the large oval-shaped grille, its centre home to the striking double chevron. The car’s “look” – charming and profound at the same time – attracts and holds the viewer’s gaze with a promise of transgressions suddenly made possible. Its slim, horizontal head lamps, inspired by high-performance sports coupés, exert a magnetic appeal, while an LED light signature adds a contemporary, high-tech touch. Survolt was made to gobble up the miles and glide over roads.

Elegantly sporty
Survolt’s cockpit is designed like a floating cell, a glass setting held between chrome-finished roll bars like some magnificent piece of jewellery. The leitmotiv with Survolt is to transgress the conventions of the luxury world and combine them elegantly with those of the sporting world.
The cabin was imagined as a cross between two worlds that by their essence are opposed. This union begets an organic universe, both flowing and technical, from which the driver’s station springs forth. The interior as a whole was designed to bring the two occupants comfort and refinement, triggering singular pleasure and an outstanding experience. The car’s generous glazed area brings light and a sensation of space, light years from that offered by today’s sports cars.
Ahead of its time, Survolt captivates with its innovative, environment-friendly technology. Like Revolte, Survolt is powered by electricity, thus combining sports performance with environmental respect and sustainable development. Still particularly rare in the racing world, this technological solution also embodies a previously unthinkable alliance. With irreproachable ecological credentials, the drivetrain blends driving pleasure, thrills, performance and vitality, and all in extreme comfort, since the car is silent in operation.

The inclusion of materials such as chrome and aluminium inevitably recall the spheres of luxury goods and motor sport. Survolt is a perfect combination between high fashion and car racing, a unique alliance with the same philosophy and the same cues as Revolte, namely performance, cutting-edge technology and excellence.

Survolt is innovative and powerful but also knows how to turn on the charm, revealing its finest assets to catwalk in motor sports arenas. It features two-tone paint, hues of fuchsia and charcoal grey, and plays with materials and volumes. The curves shift from satin-smooth to shiny, breaking definitively with the classic masculine codes of the sports world. Survolt continues the work begun with Revolte by once again blending two universes with contrasting appearances. Survolt eschews decorum to create its own styling language.

Nissan celebrates 40th Anniversary with 370Z Black Edition

As the sixties moved into the 1970s, the Datsun 240Z was launched on the US market. American drivers instantly fell in love with the car and sales in that one market alone regularly topped 50,000 units annually. The Z legend had begun.

Now four decades, six generations and well over a million cars later, Nissan is introducing a special celebratory version of the newest two-seater to wear the famous Z badge – the 370Z. The 370Z Black Edition marks the 40th anniversary in style. Available from April as a coupé only, and in a limited edition run of just 370 units in Europe, it comes in two distinctive metallic shades: black and quartz. Both paints use Nissan’s pioneering Scratch Shield technology, ’healing’ the finish in the case of stone chip damage.

Inside the 370Z Black edition there are:

■Unique red leather & suede appointed interior (seats & door trim) with embossed 40th Anniversary logo seats
■Smooth leather wrapped steering wheel with red stitching
■Red stitching on the centre cluster, centre console and knee pads
■Nissan’s Connect Premium state-of-the-art combined touch-screen satellite navigation and audio system with USB connectivity

The exterior of the 370Z Black can be identified thanks to:
■Dark grey 19” aluminium forged RAYS wheels
■Eye-catching red brake callipers
■40th Anniversary emblem on the back door
Stop/Start button with Nissan’s Intelligent Key and a sporting six speed manual transmission with unique Synchro Rev Control technology. The electronically controlled rev matching system ensures perfect ‘heel and toe’ gear changes every time. A seven-speed automatic version with column-mounted paddle shifts is available as an option. Among the many benefits are vastly extended mapping which now includes Turkey, Eastern Europe and Russia, as well as a new easy to follow 3D navigation guidance with improved graphics and a more realistic depiction of the road and landmarks ahead for many of Europe’s principle cities. The resolution of the new 7 inch screen is up to four times better than the previous generation system.

Real time traffic information is supplied via RDS-TMC, but quicker operation allows the system to offer re-routing in a fraction of the time. The new generation system uses a touch-screen interface, maximising both ease of use and safety not only for the navigation, but also for other functions such as Bluetooth phone connectivity and entertainment. It is also possible to operate the system using voice recognition.

In terms of its mechanical specification, the Black Edition matches the standard 370Z. That means a 3.7-litre 24-valve twin cam V6 developing 328PS and a limited top speed of 155mph and a 0-62 mph time of 5.3 seconds (5.6 seconds for the automatic version). The 2010 model year update means the 370Z is now fully compliant with forthcoming Euro 5 emission legislation.Exemplary levels of handling and grip are assured by the focused rear-wheel drive chassis which features fully independent suspension, powerful upgraded brakes and precise speed sensitive power steering.

Since its launch in June 2009, more than 1,050 examples of the 370Z have been sold across Europe, an exceptional achievement for a niche product in extremely challenging market conditions. The car’s largest market to date has been the UK, followed by France and Germany.Prices start from - £33,645 for the manual and £35,045 for the automatic transmission (prices include £750 showroom tax which comes into effect on 1 April 2010).

“The ‘story of Z’ is full of positives, with success not just in the sales charts all over the world but on racetracks and at award ceremonies, too. The 370Z Black Edition is a fitting tribute to a great car,” said Vincent Wijnen, Nissan’s European Vice President for Marketing.

The newcomer's striking looks combine the elegance of a coupé with the promise of the thrills that go hand-in-hand with driving a cabriolet.Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet completes the renewal of the Mégane family in style with a car whose intrinsic appeal is sure to turn heads.

The interior layout carries over the same prevailing elegance and refinement, thanks not only to the quality of the materials employed and to the high standard of finish, but also to the three choices of trim, which range from dark charcoal and light beige to the charcoal and red two-tone finish with leather seats.

Although the floating dashboard is identical to that of Renault Mégane Hatchback, the seats offer additional lateral support, while the 'butterfly wing' door trim panel is specific to Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet and adds to the newcomer's inherent elegance.

New Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet delivers the same high standard of driving precision as Mégane Hatchback and Mégane Coupé to provide an enjoyable, responsive ride:

■The MacPherson-type front suspension is attached to a so-called 'horned' subframe, an arrangement that ensures a level of lateral rigidity that is three-times superior to that of the former-generation Megan Coupé-Cabriolet.

■The rear suspension's torsion beam features a lighter, closed-profile beam that delivers enhanced torsional stiffness.
■The new electric power steering system is more responsive and refined, and gives even more accurate feedback of information from the road.

New Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet is available with a choice of seven efficient and eco-friendly petrol and diesel powertrain configurations.

An extensive range of equipment is available to help drivers anticipate risk situations:
■front seatbelt warning lights,
■tyre pressure monitoring system,

■Emergency brake assist,
■ESC with understeer control.

To make sure that all occupants are able to benefit from the pleasure of riding al fresco without the drawbacks, Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet is equipped with a fixed glass wind deflector (unique in the segment) positioned behind the back seat headrests. This arrangement enables four people to enjoy draft-free driving at speeds of up to 90kph and, when used in conjunction with the removable mesh deflector screen located behind the front seats, allows two occupants to travel free from buffeting whatever the speed.

New Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet's length of 4,485mm ensures that the driver and the three passengers benefit from a standard of comfort expected of a family car.

Sales figures for 2008 give Mercedes-Benz a luxury car market share of 52.7 percent with unit sales of 3,807 vehicles.

Despite the global economic recession together with other factors such as the fluctuation of fuel prices and the political situations in Thailand, Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) was satisfied with its total sales volume. Professor Dr. Alexander Paufler, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) said the 2008 figures for Mercedes-Benz were an achievement for the company and it was an exceptional effort in a difficult year. “The launch of 4 new models in 2008 i.e. the new C-Class, CLC-Class Sport Coupé, the new generation SL 350 and the new generation SLK 200 enabled us to provide more variety across customer segments and lifestyles. Moreover, Mercedes-Benz has continueously introduced new technologies and innovations which increased customer confidence in the brand and allowed us to maintain our leadership for the 8th consecutive year.” “We are delighted to hold the leadership position not only in the overall figures but also as the leader in each of our categories.” “In order to be responsive to the current economic crisis, we plan to implement more aggressive marketing strategies to reinforce our sales by firstly best selecting various models to cater to different customer’s needs.  We plan to offer customers more exciting vehicles such as E 220 CDI Classic, E 230 2.5 AV Sports Premium Edition and ML 280 CDI Sports new generation. In particular, the Mercedes-Benz flagship model, the S 500 L CKD (completely knock-down unit) started successfully from its launch last year and remained unchallenged market leader in Thailand with performance and safety perfectly combined with luxury and elegance, for which Mercedes-Benz is famed. Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) has won “Mercedes-Benz Quality Award CKD” from its Headquarters in Germany.

In addition to the quality of product, Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) very much focuses on after sales service. The company has continuously developed service management systems for its authorized dealers nationwide which has resulted in higher scores on the Customer Satisfaction Index.

With the above competency and our brand mission in product development we are strongly confident of maintaining the leader position in luxury car segment in the coming year, Professor Dr. Paufler said.

TECHART Panamera

TECHART has completed its Individualization Program for the Porsche Panamera model range. As of now, sportscar lovers are able to get the Panamera S and the all-wheel-driven Panamera 4S refined according their own vision.

OE quality in every detail – true to the own brand principle TECHART has developed the Individualization Program for the Panamera model range in its well-known and extraordinary style.

The Aerodynamic Kit I presents the four-seater in an elegant and excitingly sporty way. The three part front spoiler discreetly hallmarks the dynamic front apron of the Panamera. At the same time, it reduces effectively the buoyant forces at the front axle and ensures optimal flow of cooling air to the braking system.

The transmission of power to the road is the job of a choice of elegant 21-inch TECHART Formula or sporty 22-inch TECHART Formula II light-metal wheels. For the necessary road holding, TECHART recommends Conti Sport Contact 3 tires or Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires.

TECHART handcrafted interiors are world famous for an extraordinary level of quality and accuracy. For the Panamera model range, TECHART is presenting exclusive two-color leather finishing in teak and black. Decorative stitching with matching yarn, a roof liner in the same colored Alcantara, details such as interior color-matched roof handles and foot mats with leather edging in the color teak give rise to extensive individualization. The new TECHART precious wood trims are being used for the first time in the Panamera model range. The prized ash veneer with a tactile grain decorates the doors, the dashboard and center console.

Mercedes-Benz F 800 Style Research Vehicle

February 22, 2010 - Mercedes-Benz’ F 800 Style research vehicle is showing the future of premium automobiles from a new perspective, as the five-seat upper-range sedan combines highly efficient drive technologies with unparalleled safety and convenience features and an emotive design idiom, which interprets current Mercedes-Benz styling in line with the brand’s hallmark attribute of cultivated sportiness. The F 800 Style has a spacious interior full of intelligent seating, operating, and display concepts. Another unparalleled feature for a large sedan worldwide is an all-new multi drive platform, which is suited for electric drives with fuel cells (enabling ranges of almost 600 kilometers) as well as the use of Plug-in Hybrids that can drive for up to 30 kilometers solely on electricity. Both variants of the F 800 Style therefore make locally emission-free mobility possible at the level of a premium-class automobile, while at the same time being fully suited for everyday driving and providing a dynamic driving experience.

Front end with distinctive LED headlights

The vehicle’s front end features a variation of the radiator grille with the centrally placed brand star that is typical of Mercedes sports cars. The curved radiator grille bars softly flow around the tube holding the Mercedes-Benz brand star. Along with the wide radiator grille and the generously curved air intake openings, the model’s unique bright LED headlights emphasize the dynamic nature of the research vehicle. The headlights are divided into individual segments for daytime running lights, turn signal indicators, and primary headlights. The F 800 Style’s taillights are also equipped with state-of-the-art LED units that enable an exciting interplay of indirect illumination and direct beams. The result is an attractive, unmistakable, and memorable visual effect
Rear pivot-and-slide doors ensure maximum entry comfort

A particularly customer-friendly innovation of the F 800 Style is its rear doors. Whereas the front doors are attached to the A-pillar in a conventional manner and open wide toward the front, the rear doors slide backward when opened, as they are suspended from an interior swivel arm. Because the doors slide back close to the vehicle body, occupants find it much easier to get into and out of the automobile in tight parking spaces.

The F 800 Style is continuing this approach. Like its predecessors, the model features key drive, comfort, and safety system innovations, as well as an avant-garde design, all of which point the way forward for the series production of future Mercedes-Benz vehicles that will continue to impressively combine fascination and responsibility.

CARLSSON C25 SUPER-GT

- Limited Super-GT of the small series manufacturer Carlsson

- Edition includes only 25 cars and therefore ensures maximum exclusiveness

- Carlsson combines top performance with drivability

- Carlsson develops entirely own design vocabulary

Carlsson who are approved as an automobile manufacturer by the Federal German Motor Transport Authority, for the first time presents an own developed automobile at this year’s Geneva Motor Show – the Carlsson C25. The concept of this Super-GT is based on the vision of combining maximum driving performance with an entirely new design and high exclusiveness. The result is a breathtaking and beautiful sports coupé with 753 hp in a limited edition of only 25 cars world-wide.With 753 hp and 1150 Newton metres in 3.7 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and achieves a maximum speed of 352 km/h.

When developing the Carlsson C25, the engineers from Gut Wiesenhof have achieved creating a Super-GT for smooth everyday use despite its very high performance. “There are more than enough super sports car in this world which can only be safely driven on a race track”, says Markus Schuster. “Therefore, we deliberately wanted to develop a car which is highly exclusive on the one hand and can be used for the daily journey to office on the other hand. Therefore, a Super-GT which can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.7 seconds and still offers a very pleasant driving comfort. All security-relevant regulations such as pedestrian protection, crash behaviour, ESP, ABS, Airbag systems are identical to large series editions with most modern standards.”

Different than other automobiles from small series, the Carlsson C25 has not been solely made for its use at the racetrack. Nevertheless, the C25 achieves top results in acceleration and handling. Compared to the racing machines with MOT approval, the Carlsson C25 offers its driver smooth journeys on Alpine passes and also on city roads or not perfectly even surfaces.

High technical competence, many years experience in automobile construction, an advanced sense for design and elegance and German art of engineering make the Carlsson C25 unique all over the world.

MERCEDES-BENZ S500

A new performance package has been released by the German-based tuning firm Inden-Design for the Mercedes-Benz S500 4MATIC. In the standard S 500 4MATIC, the 5.5-litre V8 engine produces an output of 388 HP accelerating the all-wheel-drive luxury sedan from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) in 5.4 seconds.

Thanks to Inden Design’s work, the reprogrammed engine control unit has managed to add more 27 HP to the 5.5 V8 raising its total output to 415 HP.
On the tuning program for the S500 there is also a suspension that lowers the car by 45mm and a sport exhaust system with four tail pipes. The wheels are the classic BBS Le MAns in 20-inch with 245/35 R20 tires in front and 285/30R20 at the rear.
After they reprogammed the car’s control unit, Inden Design got 27 additional horse power and now the engine has 415 HP. ITS SMALL IN SIZE NOT PRICE -- HONDA JAZZ

First Look:

It looks a contemporary small car with its razor sharp edges, defining modernity in every aspect. It presents a pleasing look with its aerodynamic styling. It’s got a unique forward-leaning cabin. The headlights enhance its sharp look. The windscreen is pretty large. The side look is not as attractive as the front and the rear and its difficult to come to terms with it. The tail lamp is knife sharp and the clustering of the lights enhances its looks.

Insight:
The dashboard is styled in the similar fashion as Civic. The steering wheel is a three spoke wheel. It sports a pretty stylish audio controls and CD player. The AC vent and the CD players are quite easy to access. The knobs provide extra smart look to the dashboard providing it with a high tech look. The leg room in the commanding seat as well as the rear seat is more than enough.
The seats are quite comfortable.

It has some innovative attachments such as two cup holders on the extreme edges of the dashboard, one for each driver and co driver. The box under the driver seat can be accessed from the rear seat and can hold documents.
The cargo space at the rear part is simply superb. It has around 384 cc with the rear seats up. This can be extended further from 563 cc to 884cc by folding the rear and co driver seat.
The ride is a bit shaky and the noise of the engine can be felt inside.

Honda, which has tasted success in almost every segment of automobile industry in India in which it is present, is ready to play the gamble with its new launch Honda Jazz. It has to compete with the giants like Maruti, Hundai and Tata. But the best thing is that there is nothing to loose for them.

HUMMER-- THE LUXURY TRUCKS

Hummer is a brand of trucks sold by Motors Liquidation Company (the company left over from General Motors' bankruptcy, aka the old GM). The original Hummer H1 was based on the military High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV, or Humvee). However, the Hummer H2 and the Hummer H3 were based on other, smaller civilian-marThe first car in the Hummer Range, was the Hummer H1 based on the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (Hum-Vee). Originally released in 1992, this vehicle was designed by American Motors' AM General subsidiary for the U.S. Military. Five years previously, AMC had been bought by Chrysler.

 Hummer H2
The Hummer H2 is the second vehicle in the Hummer range. There are two models available: H2 SUV and H2 SUT

 Plug-in Hybrid
Raser Technologies of Utah wants to use technology similar to that in the Chevy Volt to make the Hummer a 100 MPG fuel sipper. Details are unclear, as Raser plans to debut the prototype on April 20–23 at the Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress in Detroit. But Raser is saying that using their E-REV (Extended-Range Electric Vehicle) powertrain technology, the Hummer plug-in hybrid will run up to 40 miles per day on its battery alone, then a small 4 cylinder combustion engine will kick in to generate more electricity.

 Hummer H3
The H3 is the smallest of the Hummer models and is based on the GMT355 platform shared with the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon compact pickup trip.

While drivers will feel the '08 H2's improved performance on the road, they'll appreciate it more while experiencing it in the all-new interior. It features a completely redesigned instrument panel, new seats - including a full third-row seat for two passengers- new door trim panels, new controls, new rear-seat heating/air conditioning system, new rear-seat overhead DVD entertainment system and a new family of premium radios.

"The new interior delivers a refined, premium feel while maintaining HUMMER's trademark ruggedness," said Dennis Burke, interior designer. "Everything from the flushness of the controls to the feel of the materials exudes craftsmanship in the H2's new interior, while the fine details, like leather seat piping, create a consistent, premium interior design style across the entire HUMMER family."
Seats in the H2 have a new, chiseled appearance and offer improved comfort. In fact, HUMMER engineers focused on every detail to improve interior comfort. For example, the front seat safety belts are now mounted to the vehicle's B-pillars rather than to the seats themselves. This change enabled engineers uncompromised comfort tuning for the seats. Front seat safety belt pretensioners are new, too, and are standard.

HONDA ACCORD

There are number of cars in the Honda Accord series. all of them has around 2.0 to 2.4 liter engine and many common things. the new Honda Accord 2010 model has two engine types, 2.0 and 2.4 liter from both manual and Automatic types. Accord has luxury interior design with central LCD display, power mirrors and windows.it has a Motion Adaptive EPS system which works with stability system. also there is a electronic controlling system which automatically controls the steering wheel movements according to the situation. it has a Adaptive Cruise Control and four wheel ABS breaks.
"This model will undoubtedly appeal to high-performance diesel enthusiasts, looking for that something extra, but we hope it will also create a halo-effect across the diesel Accord range."

People who want to pick one out of them often prefer Camry when they looked for some softly sprung that had elegant isolation, while those who preferred a sporty ride; The Accord was really a thing for them.

The saying still holds some truth even today, but when it’s about midsized family sedans, a lot changes have occurred with the passage of time and now the Accord is emerging with a bigger and better redesign.
