The TOYOTA INNOVA exterior changes include new front grille, clear lens headlamps, new fog lamps and new front bumper. The rear remains almost constant.
The face-lifted Toyota will be revised too with climate control air conditioning for the higher spec variants, steering mounted audio control, new front skirt and in-dash CD changer. The mechanicals and the engine remain constant.
The facelift version would come with a slight premium on the price front. The car is used for large families owning to its combination of reliability, quality and refined car like drive.
Toyota also plans to bring the alternative fuel for Innova model which would compete the recently launch Mahindra Xylo. The company which announced last year of bringing its CNG version of Toyota Innova to the Indian market which will cost approximately Rs.75000 to 90000 more. The company also added that the CNG kits which are added to the new Innova has to be approved by Toyota Motor Corp., Japan, and there was a difference in the installation procedure, the CNG kits for the Toyota CNG Innova are more expensive.
“The CNG Innova should be launched commercially some time in January end. At present, we are conducting test trials of the model,” said Sandeep Singh, Toyota Kirloskar’s Deputy Managing Director. Toyota will tie up with Minda Industries for its CNG kits for CNG variant of Toyota Innova.
Its the most seen car on Mumbai roads. It is best suited for long drives with the family. It supports you on your tough drives, hence most commonly used for drives in hill stations.
According to me its a car which every joint family would desire.
